I worked in the back office area at Jera Capital, a multi-family office, where I was responsible for overseeing daily operational controls. My role involved generating reports for our clients and implementing process improvements through programming. During my time there, I had the opportunity to work with new tools such as MongoDB and Databricks, which enhanced my technical skills and allowed me to contribute to more efficient workflows.

I worked at O3 Capital, an investment fund management company, in the back office, where my primary focus was on process automation in Python and report creation using Power BI. I extensively utilized SQL, GitHub, and various servers to manage large volumes of data, aiming to optimize processes so that they could be easily utilized by others without compromising the integrity of the database. This experience provided me with a new analytical perspective on process stages and the identification of key indicators and metrics.

I worked at Macro Capital, which was my first experience in an investment management company, in the back office. During this time, I programmed extensively in Python and DAX for reports in Power BI. I was responsible for generating and validating the company's monthly performance report, showcasing our results to the market. Additionally, I made occasional updates to the company website using HTML, which further enhanced my technical skills.

I had my first experience as an analyst in the fund quota processing area at Itau. My responsibilities included reconciling portfolios of funds from various management companies and calculating quotas. Given the large volume of data, I had the opportunity to automate several processes using VBA, the programming language available there, as well as create presentations in Excel and PowerPoint. This role significantly enhanced my analytical and technical skills in data management.

I worked as an intern in the corporate treasury area at Itau, where I had the opportunity to program in SAS. My main responsibilities included consolidating and validating data received from treasury teams across different Itau units worldwide. This experience was invaluable for gaining an understanding of financial products and allowed me to interact daily with people from diverse locations and cultures.

I joined Itau as an intern in the NPS area, where I was responsible for evaluating the quality of customer service. Customers would rate their service experience, and my team validated these ratings by analyzing call recordings to ensure they were justified. We trained a robot to assign different weights to combinations of words, allowing us to identify areas for improvement in customer service and uncover potential reasons for customer dissatisfaction. The main programming languages I used were R, SAS, and SQL, along with Tableau for presenting results and analyses.

I completed a one-month internship at ZF Group, which was my first experience in the job market. Although it was brief, it was invaluable for my learning about teamwork and understanding processes from start to finish. I was responsible for monitoring the production line of clutch discs and optimizing a database of parameters used in each stage of the process. This experience provided me with a solid foundation for future roles in data management and process optimization.
